All orders over £20 are sent using a trackable service and you will be given a tracking number upon dispatch.
All orders are beautifully and carefully packaged using environmentally responsible packaging where possible. Everything can be shipped worldwide.

We aim to post all items the next working day, but please allow 7 days for your order to arrive unless mentioned otherwise on the listing. If your item is made to order, you will need to allow extra time. If you are unsure or would like to choose your delivery date, please use the contact page and Hayley will do her best to help you.
We aim to post all international mail the next working day. They usually take 5-10 days to arrive but on very rare occasions have taken up to 4 weeks. All sales on handmade pieces and limited editions are final. Other items may be returned within 28 days of date of purchase, providing the item is in resalable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are planning on returning something, please contact Hayley in advance using the contact page so she can provide you with the studio address.
We package all items in appropriate packaging, but if for some reason your item does arrive damaged, please get in touch and keep the packaging in case we need to make a claim. A photo of the condition it arrived in is very helpful in making a claim.

Certificate of Authenticity
All individual artworks and ceramics over £100 are provided with a hand written certificate of authenticity. A Certificate of Authenticity is a signed document proving the authenticity of the work and containing details about the artwork for the collector's reference. This document should be kept somewhere safe, should you need to prove the authenticity of the piece you have purchased for your collection.
